Who doesn’t love a yummy breakfast? A delicious breakfast always makes my day. Hell, I love breakfast so much I sometime have it for dinner. For this recipe I bring to you whole-wheat fluffy pancakes topped with warm cinnamon peaches and peach/pineapple sweet syrup.

Here are all the ingredients you will need.
First the pancakes:
First take all your dry ingredients and mix them in a bowl. Next add your wet ingredients and mix well with a spoon or whisk until all the lumps are gone.
Now time to fry up dem’ pancakes.
Heat a pan or  skillet (if you are fancy lol) over medium heat, and coat with cooking oil. Pour 2 scoops of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
Let’s work on the toppings
First open your can of peaches. Take all the peaches out of the can and place them in a bowl. Save the syrup, you will use that later.
Next place a pot on the fire. Add the butter to the pot and let it melt. Now take the peach slices and pour them into the pot. Cook the peaches for one minute till they get warm. Next add your cinnamon and sugar. Cook for 2 more minutes and your done with the peaches.
Time for the syrup
On low heat place a pot on the fire and pour the peach syrup into the pot. Now open a can of pineapples. Pour out all the pineapple syrup into the same pot as the peach syrup. Warm the syrup for 2-3 minutes before adding the cinnamon.
Now as the syrup warms mix the ½ cup of room tempreture water with the ¼ cup of flour. Mix well and make sure they are no lumps. This will be the thickening agent.
Now slowly pour the thickening agent into the pineapple/peach syrup. Make sure to keep stirring as you pour it in. Keep cooking the stirring the syrup until its perfectly thick.
And that’s it. Now all you have to do is serve.
NOM freaking NOM.
