Who needs a potato when you can have a delicious butternut squash.
#nomnom Caramelized Butternut Squash.

ALL YOU NEED.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius.
Peel the squash, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
Cut the squash into cubes and place them in a bowl.
Add the olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
With clean hands, toss all the ingredients together.
TOSSING TRICK: Place the chopped squash in a clean plastic bag. Now add the olive oil and toss. Once that oil is evenly coated on all the squash add the salt, pepper and sugar. Now toss.
Place the seasoned butternut squash onto baking tray and place in the oven.
While roasting, turn the squash a few times with a spatula.
If you like onions. You should add chopped onions onto the butternut squash after the first 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.

  1. I didn’t know malenge is called butternut,lol! I also didn’t know one would make something so delicious except chapati out of them. This is super easy to make especially because all the ingredients are very available and affordable. The results look yummy! I can’t wait to try!!
