A playsuit for the soul.... Now, I already know what a lot of you are thinking, "Damn Gina, that playsuit is short as hell". And your right, it is short as hell. But here is the thing, such a playsuit has a time and place. Have I ever rocked it to a family function? No. Have I ever worn it to a meeting? Nope. And lastly, did I wear it while walking through the CBD? Hell to the no. I am not suicidal. The only time and place and I ever rocked this body hugging, "Is the bottom of my butt showing" playsuit was at in Diani, near the beach. It covered more than a swimsuit but showed my body more than anything else I have in my closet. I may be bold at times with my choice of wardrobe, but the one thing I understand is, there is a time and place for everything.... With that said this playsuit is just too much fun

The only time and place I’ve ever rocked this baby was in Diani, near the beach. It covered more than a swimsuit but showed my body more than anything else I have in my suitcase. 1. Ngatho… You look sooooo stunning Joy.
Its good to know where to wear some things and when as much we may love fashion.
The reality in Kenya some outfits you cant wear not just in the CBD even in other parts of this country. We may have made a few strides though but we still have a long way to go. Most of the time if you have to wear some things you better have a car and be in the right place.

  2. Comment: Hi Joy, you look amazing, and your skin, Jesus Christ! glowing as usual… the look is popping and the body is show stopping 🙂

  3. You’re beautiful and you look gorge yaaasss!! You’re right about that there’s a time and a place for an outfit like that. Every time I visit Kenya am always so self conscious about my outfits like damn no body got time for some drama in the city!

    • Yeah I get what you saying? The thing is just knowing what areas are “international water” ..meaning no body cares how you dress. If you are driving or being driven you should be good. Just use your gut. Religious areas, be respectful….. anywhere where you can get public transportation like matatus etc, also be respectful. … just use common sense and ask friends and family. …
